YOU AND ME COUNSELLING

You and Me Counselling is a charitable organisation established in 2011. It is a counselling and psychotherapy service based in Hornchurch, Essex that works with children, young people, adults and their families in the boroughs of Havering, Barking & Dagenham, Redbridge and Waltham Forest. The service offers counselling, psychotherapy, mentoring, information and advice. They use different kinds of methods, such as cognitive behavioural therapy, person centred, play and arts therapy, and integrative therapy. They offer a variety of services, including counselling for all types of psychological issues (e.g. Depression, Self-harm, Social Anxiety, Parental Separation/Divorce, Anger Management, Abuse, Bereavement and Relationship breakdowns within families), free consultations (by appointment only Monday-Friday), couples counselling, and group therapy sessions. Referrals must come through their website or Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMH).
