WOMEN'S AID EAST AND MIDLOTHIAN LIMITED

Women's Aid East and Midlothian provides information, support, advocacy and temporary accommodation for women, children and young people who have been subjected to domestic abuse. Their mission is to lead in the delivery of local quality, specialist domestic abuse support that transforms the lives of women, children and young people. They operate support centers in Dalkeith (3 Eskview Villas, EH22 3BN), Penicuik (10 Carnethy Avenue, EH13 0DL), and Tranent (Unit 5 Macmerry Business Park, EH33 1RY). Support includes information, advice, and in-person and phone support. Support service is free. To living in the refuge accommodation there is a rental charge, support workers will investigate if this can be covered by Universal Credit or will discuss what the cost will be.
