White and Gilbert Ltd is run by David White BSc (Hons) Dip BldgSurv MRICS CMaPS, a Chartered Surveyor, CDM Adviser and a Historic Building Consultant. The Practice has extensive experience with historic buildings with 15 years of experience working for the National Trust on their property portfolio. This Practice has an extensive service taking projects from inception (often starting with a survey), drawing up existing and proposed plans, applying for Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, producing specifications for the work, issuing tender documents and contract administration. The Practice can also take on the CDM Adviser role as an additional or standalone service. The Director is a Chartered Member of the Association of Project Safety and can assist the client to fulfil their duty under the Construction Design and Management Regulations (2015). The company is run by David White BSc (Hons) Dip.BldSurv MRICS CMaPS, Chartered Surveyor, CDM Adviser and Historic Building Consultant. The Practice has a wide variety of industry experience spanning around 25 years, including working with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, The National Trust, Property Management Companies and as a private Building Surveying Practice. In the past ten years the Practice has managed a wide range of conservation projects from initial survey through to the completion of building projects.
