THE WOOD FIRED PIADIZZA CO LTD

Based in the picturesque county of Dorset, The Wood Fired Piadizza Co. offers traditional artisan pizzas, created with fresh, local ingredients. Winner of Luxlife Magazines 2019 award for'Best Artisan Pizza Restaurant in East Dorset 2019'. The wood fired Piadizza Co started as a mobile trailer in May 2015. Traveling around Dorset they provided their original piadizza options to the public at family fun days, food festivals, street markets, weddings and private parties. They opened the doors of the restaurant on the 28th of April 2018 with a larger menu which includes buttermilk chicken strips coated in Piadizza crumb, homemade beef and veal burgers, Italian meatballs in Piadizza sauce, pasta dishes and a range of starters and sides. They are a family run business, the owners partner and mum are front of house and the owner and his kids work the kitchen, everyone helps out on the mobile pizza trailer at festivals. They use some of the best local independent producers products that they have been lucky enough to meet so far, they are always on the lookout for new companies with great products.
