THE BRIGHT CONNECTIONS (CONTACT CENTRE) LTD

The Bright Connections Contact Centre facilitates interactions between children and families, providing supervised, supported, and handover services. The contact centre has been operating since January 2022 and offers a range of specifically tailored contacts including supervised contact, hospital contact, supported contact, and handover service. The centre provides fully equipped rooms with age-appropriate toys, a baby changing area, toilet facilities, a kitchen, a large garden area, a sensory room, and disabled access. The centre aims to help maintain or re-establish contact when a parent has left the family. The Bright Connections' goal is to bring children and families together to build a stronger and healthier relationship.
