THE ASSOCIATION OF RETIREMENT HOUSING MANAGERS

The Association of Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM) is the largest trade association in the UK retirement housing sector. It represents 55 member organizations managing over 100,000 retirement properties. The ARHM's mission is to raise standards by promoting best practices and ethics in retirement housing management. They are consulted by the Government and other professional bodies. Membership in the ARHM signifies a commitment to delivering professional and high-quality service. The ARHM also promotes quality and professionalism through training and education. In 2016, the Government approved an updated Code of Practice that outlines statutory obligations for managing leasehold properties.
