THE ABBEYFIELD (BERKHAMSTED AND HEMEL HEMPSTEAD) SOCIETY LIMITED

The Abbeyfield Berkhamsted and Hemel Hempstead Society is a member society of The Abbeyfield Society, a national charity providing houses and homes to older people throughout the UK. They provide comfortable, friendly retirement homes where older people can retain their independence while knowing that support is on hand. The Society offers three sheltered houses: St Mary's House in Hemel Hempstead, Annett House in Potten End, Berkhamsted, and Sibleys Orchard in Leverstock Green, Hemel Hempstead. The houses provide unfurnished rooms with en-suite facilities and kitchenettes, allowing residents to bring their own belongings. Each house is run by a volunteer committee and offers communal areas and gardens for residents to enjoy.
