‘Building sustained, long term resilience for both people and organisations’ SUPPORT NORTHAMPTONSHIRE has distributed £196k to local VCSE Organisations, enabled 7 Collaborations , conducted 2173 Community Conversations in Black Communities, distributed 59,401 COVID Resources in the Community, and hosted Over 450 Wellbeing sessions online. The organization focuses on supporting people, tackling health inequalities, promoting wellbeing, social action, digital inclusion, and transformation. Their programs include One-to-One Support, OnePathway which aims to build Strong and Resilient Organisations, Meeting Local Community Needs (Northamptonshire Black Communities Together) and Active Collaboration
