SUPPORT & CONNECTIONS LTD

We are a day service offering person-centred support for adults with disabilities focusing on independence, confidence and personal development. We operate out of bases in Melton Mowbray and Oakham. We are a part of Leicestershire County Council Community Life Choices framework and CQC registered. We are a CQC registered day service which provides innovative, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, learning difficulties and complex needs. Our services promote: - A development of life skills -Empowerment of individual choice -Developing a healthy lifestyle -Independence through a person-centred approach. Our team of highly experienced and qualified staff allow us to provide a wide range of inclusive and person-centred activities. These run from our Melton base and across community facilities. These activities include: -Woodwork -Gardening and Horticulture -Craft Projects -Community Visits -Cook and Eat -Sport and Physical activities -Baking. Our Community Interest Company, Growing Community Enterprises, umbrellas a variety of projects such as a gardening service, woodwork projects and our takeout café service- The Hideaway Takeaway. This allows our service users to gain practical work experience, to develop a better understanding of the world of employment , and to profit from their hard work. We are able to offer group or 1:1 support.
