STREET FORGE WORKSHOPS LIMITED

Street Forge Workshops is a small Charity based in Thornham Magna which offers day activities for adults with various disabilities, physical, sensory or learning difficulties, including those with multiple disabilities and / or mild mental health problems. They offer stimulating activities such as wood work and woodturning, horticulture, cooking and arts and crafts, depending on individual preferences within each care and support plan. Street Forge Workshops provides Day service opportunities through tuition and guidance. This ensures personal development and progression, for adults with physical, sensory or learning disabilities, including those with multiple disabilities and/or mild mental health problems. The workshop provides opportunities for participants to engage in a wide range of creative and productive activities including arts, crafts, cooking, woodworking and turning. They are also a Social Enterprise and sell their beautiful, sustainable various bird boxes (all to RSPB standards) and other wooden items such as Insect houses and hedgehog houses. The ethos of Street Forge Workshops is to cultivate a nurturing and empowering environment where individuals with disabilities can truly flourish.
