STEP FORWARD (TOWER HAMLETS)

Step Forward provides free and confidential services for young people aged 11-25, living in and around Tower Hamlets, East London. They offer support to young people facing disadvantage, helping them to thrive, develop, grow, and reach their full potential. Services include 1-2-1 and group support such as support for young LGBTQ+ people, personal development, counselling (but not crisis support), Cognitive Based Therapy (CBT), and workshops focusing on building resilience and improving wellbeing. They provide free, independent and confidential information, counselling and personal development activities. Our building is currently open for services Tuesday - Friday. The team at Step Forward continue to offer services Monday – Saturday in person or via telephone and video calls. (By appointment only on Saturdays)
