Step 4Ward is a Day Centre based in the middle of the community of Winshill, Burton Upon Trent. It aims to offer Day Care for adults with learning difficulties. The proprietor is a qualified Social Worker with 28 years' experience in Adult Care. All employees of Step 4ward shall have relevant training including First Aid, Basic Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, Moving and handling, Adult Protection, administering Medication, Risk Assessment- prior to taking up their duties and will be qualified NVQ level three or equivalent. All staff members will have CRB checks done prior to taking up their duties. Step 4 Ward Services (Kent) Ltd supports vulnerable young adults and adults at risk of social exclusion. They transform lives through holistic services focusing on non-judgmental care and empathy. They also offer 24-hour supported placements.
