The club works with youngsters, youths, and adults from all backgrounds to promote self-discipline, self-defense, tolerance, teamwork, fitness, and self-control. The gym is a fully approved BBBoC Professional Boxing Gym and also an England Boxing approved Amateur Boxing Gym. The club offers boxing training, fitness improvement programs, one-on-one coaching, and ladies' boxing sessions, and works with local community outlets and charitable organizations within Halifax.
