Operating out of London but with a National reach, they focus on land acquisition, planning and delivering residential and mixed use planning consents. With substantial backing from their Partners, they purchase sites unconditionally with a view to obtaining planning consents for the development of mainly brownfield land. They have obtained planning permission for several thousand residential homes, hundreds of care and extra care units and in excess of 900,000 sq ft of commercial space. They have built significant in-house expertise in all aspects of the development process from site assembly, planning, community engagement to sales.
