Spring Back Rehabilitation offers Initial Needs Assessments and Case Management for adults who have suffered moderate to catastrophic, life-changing injuries. Springback Rehabilitation is a Soft Tissue Therapy and Sports Massage business built on over 15 years experience in the Exercise and Rehabilitation space. The INA provides a bespoke, goal-focused plan with clear objectives & measurable outcomes. Adopting a collaborative Rehabilitation Case Management approach, we design, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate the services required to meet an individual’s needs. The Client is always at the centre of their rehabilitation journey. All rehabilitation clients will receive a bespoke, clinically evidenced-based rehabilitation plan. The client is made to feel supported, understood and has direct input into their goals to maximise their function and regain control of their life. Services include Initial Needs Assessment, Case Management and Everyday Support. Springback Rehabilitation is delivered by Tom Miller.
