We're a small but focussed consultancy with over 20 years experience in coaching & training agility at an individual, team and leadership level. Although agnostic towards methodologies and frameworks we have many years of engagement with real world clients helping to educate and implement Agile and Lean mindsets as well as Kanban, Scrum and eXtreme Programming frameworks. We believe every organisation is unique and don’t subscribe to off-the-shelf solutions but rather work with our clients to find the best ways of working for their own situation and context. We often supplement large corporate transformations working along side larger consultancies helping to embed the values, principles and practices needed when moving from a more traditional way of working, such as waterfall, to an Agile/Lean mindset.
