Welcome to Six Hills CrossFit, Stevenage. We are a family-run CrossFit facility, owned and run by couple, Jack Rowlands and Holly Skelton. We are the only official and authentic CrossFit gym in Stevenage and have been advocates of CrossFit since 2008. We provide results driven, movement focused training sessions and your first session is completely free. CrossFit itself is defined as that which optimises fitness (constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity). The aim is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness and best prepare trainees for any physical activity. Our speciality is not specialising. Using a wide variety of functional exercises taken from disciplines such as gymnastics, weightlifting, athletics and kettle bells, our classes will provide you with the knowledge, skills and environment to improve your strength, endurance, mobility and confidence. All workouts are scalable, meaning they are suitable for any committed individual regardless of experience. Workouts are performed in small classes, which encourages comradery and creates our unique community, so you’ll never want to leave!
