His career has focused on driving customer-led change and developing insight-led teams and operating models that deliver sustainable and efficient growth. He has built and led award winning Marketing teams. After leading the Global Brand and Marketing function at abrdn plc through a period of significant corporate change and re-positioning, Simon launched his own interim and fractional CMO consultancy practice, applying his experience to established, as well as scale-up organisations.
