Shift Happens Counselling & Psychotherapy is a private therapy for adults, with access to face to face based in South Liverpool, as well as accepting online therapy. Counselling and psychotherapy service for adults 18+ who provide face to face or online therapy. Shift Happens offers a commitment to genuineness, a profound acceptance, and a willingness to actively gain as full and understanding of you as possible. Together we will create a space and environment where you can feel safe to explore whatever brings you to see me, without judgment and being empathic and understanding. My aim is to help you navigate what is happening for you, help you feel safe to sit with your vulnerability and explore your feelings whilst using the therapy relationship to explore what this means for you. I am a transformational coach, an EFT (emotional freedom technique) practitioner and TRE (trauma/tension release exercises) provider.
