I provide a softer approach to online coaching, I’m not going to expect you to do something unrealistic, If you are a shift worker, busy parent, or student I will not be expecting you to do +10k steps every day or go to the gym 5 days a week. You make progress through some simple small changes to your lifestyle. ShiftandLiftByLaura plans are completely bespoke and tailored to you. Fitness Is for Everyone I am a very caring and compassionate coach and I pride myself in that. Working in the NHS as a Registered Nurse has taught me the skills that are extremely transferable to being an online coach. I will empower, support and motivate my clients. I understand the difficulties of working shifts and the health problems which may arise. I will celebrate all the small wins with you along the way. Following my own weight loss journey I know how important these small wins are. I believe everyone has the ability to change their life. If you believe in it you're half way there and I will help you past that other half to achieve it! Shift and Lift plans are created to not feel like a "diet", we want it to be as enjoyable as possible so you love the journey and it doesn't feel like a chore. Together we will achieve your goals with no restriction whilst maximising your calories. We know how scary it can be making the first step but we've got this together. We will teach you how to maximise your calories, teach you about macro splits and effective gym sessions. Everything is tailored to you. We will help you achieve realistic and lasting results and teach you healthy habits that will last a lifetime!
