They offer long-term placements and short breaks. They are an award-winning charity that operates across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset, and has over 20 years of experience. The 40 strong Shared Lives South West staff team is dedicated to ensuring they recruit exceptional carers and find suitable matches and placements for adults with support needs to blossom. Shared Lives South West is a registered charity delivering Shared Lives services across Devon and Cornwall. Shared Lives South West is registered with the Care Quality Commission and is rated as OUTSTANDING by the CQC.
