The School of Creative Wellness offers breathwork and yoga practice for women with classes available online or in-person, in groups or tailored to individuals on a one-to-one basis. Our classes include Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga practices which all connect the relationship of breath to movement, to stillness, and teach self-regulation of the central nervous system.
