In 2022, The RBH Group expanded on their product portfolio further by completing the acquisition of specialist European distribution company, Faber & VanderEnde B.V. This latest acquisition will see both companies trade as independent businesses within the RBH Group providing an enriched Group portfolio and adding specialist rheology modifiers and thickeners across Europe with a focus on key markets including coatings, construction, adhesives & sealants and molecular sieves/filtration. Based in Manchester, RBH operates 5 strategically located warehouses across Europe and represents a number of international market leading Principals.
