RiDC is an independent, national charity with over 50 years’ experience in disabled and older people consumer research. They conduct user-centered research and offer insights from their panel of almost 4,000 disabled and older people to businesses, charities and institutions. RiDC provides unbiased reviews, information and guidance on products and services based on their research. The Research Institute for Disabled Consumers (RiDC) is an independent research charity providing free, practical and unbiased consumer reports for older and disabled people.
