REAL CURE LIMITED

The Real Cure is a multi-award winning, family owned British charcuterie company based at Hartgrove Farm near Shaftesbury. Established in 2014 by James and Lucy Smart, they are pioneers of the British charcuterie movement. They produce a range of salami, chorizo and ham using traditional processes including curing, fermenting, smoking and air drying. The Real Cure uses wild British venison, free range British pork and Dorset Aberdeen Angus beef. Their products are available on the website or in many local pubs and retailers including Shaftesbury Deli, Udder Farm Shop and Goldhill Farm Shop.
