Originally established as Rapid Computers Ltd in 1985. Rapid Technologies was founded by Mark & Denis Stevens as a family-run business. The company emerged at the dawn of the personal micro-computer revolution in the 80s and 90s. Rapid Computers quickly became a key player in the North West, recognized for its ability to provide high-quality, cutting-edge solutions. Over the decades, Rapid sold more than 50,000 micro-computers. In the late 1990s, the company underwent a corporate rebranding to better reflect the expanded product offerings and the diverse range of ICT and AV services we were providing. By 2010, the experience gained from deploying large-scale solutions in the education sector positioned Rapid Technologies to target enterprise-level organizations across the UK.
