OT BUILDING BLOCKS THERAPY LTD

Building Blocks independent Therapy is an independent Paediatric Occupational Therapy Service based in Bedfordshire. Our aim is simple, to provide high quality and affordable independent therapy to children and families to help build skills to develop functional independence. We provide assessment, treatment and advice in relation to a child’s functional difficulties within the home environment and can provide advice and recommendations for use within a child’s educational setting. We cover Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, areas of Buckinghamshire and Cambridgeshire for face to face assessments. Virtual assessments may be accepted from other counties. Children aged 0-19 years or up to 25 years with Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP) in place can be treated. Conditions Include (but not limited to): Cerebral palsy, Muscular dystrophies, ASD and sensory processing difficulties, ADHD, Dyslexia, Developmental coordination disorder / dyspraxia, Joint hypermobility, Genetic conditions, Trisomy 21 (Down syndrome) . Building Blocks Therapy was awarded a Micro Business Grant last year, which enabled us to purchase some amazing new assessment kits. We are now able to offer sensory assessment, motor assessment, handwriting assessments, visual motor assessment and we also now have a huge assistive technology & switch assessment kit.
