Orchard Administration Limited was born out of our desire to handle claims emanating from our sister company Riverside Underwriting Limited. We commenced handling claims in July 2014 using our in-house developed claim handling system. In 2018 Orchard Administration was incorporated into Riverside International Holdings Limited a group wholly owned by our founder Andrew Lawrence and which now includes an insurance intermediary, web development company and a travel agency. Using technology with a human touch, our systems are designed to be proactive ensuring that our customers can access the platform at a time to suit them, interact with us via our blogging system or contact us via email and telephone. Orchard Administration use an online claims platform, designed specifically to enable claims to be processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Providing claimants with access to this website 24/7 so they can track the progress of their claim and contact the claims team directly and without hassle.
