Old Ben Homes caters for people from the news trade including Newsagents Newspaper and Magazine Wholesalers, Distributors, Associated Trades, and their families. Old Ben Homes Ltd is situated in the village of Seaford in between Brighton and Eastbourne. Set in the beautiful Sussex Downs it is a stone’s throw from the sea. There are 36 one-bedroom bungalows, 4 two-bedroom bungalows and 1 two-bedroom house, all of which have a court yard at the back with their own sheds. Surrounding each bungalow is a small garden which the residents tend to, we also have extensive communal lawns which are looked after by our gardeners.
