Off The Record Counselling Service (Norfolk) is a non-profit organisation which offers affordable counselling and psychotherapy to anyone over 18yrs. Counselling offers you an opportunity to explore issues in a safe and respectful environment that is confidential and non-judgemental. Counselling is about 'empowering' you and giving you a voice so that you can make choices and decisions and take responsibility for your own life. Our counsellors are experienced in working with a wide range of issues, including: relationships, low self-esteem and self-confidence, anxiety and panic attacks, bullying and self-harm, depression, bereavement and loss, work-related stress, trauma and abuse issues.
