They work with venues, businesses, governments, councils, local authorities, cultural organizations, producers, artists, and communities. They provide strategic planning for the nighttime economy, overnight audits, managing vulnerability risks, and tailored women's safety strategies. They also offer fundraising services, and training for nighttime economy venues, police, and events staff. They developed a tool, Resynk, to support the recovery of creative industries by connecting organizations with freelancers. They are based in the East Midlands.
