Newcastle Elite Academy is a football academy set up by 4 Newcastle United players (Rob Elliot, Paul Dummett, Matt Ritchie, and Dwight Gayle) to give opportunity and football coaching programmes in the North East. The Academy provides high-quality age-specific football coaching, structured to replicate professional football standards, with UEFA qualified coaches. The Academy offers an Elite Development Centre programme and partners with Newcastle University. The academy's objectives are to provide opportunities for young players in the North East to improve their game and take the next step in their footballing journeys.
