After travelling to Italy to study the art of Gelato making at the Carpigiani Gelato University in 2018, he spent the next two years researching and perfecting his gelato recipes. Aaron launched his own luxury variety for wholesale in his home village in June 2020, having gained the support of local businesses. Moon Gelato has grown and now has stockists throughout N.I. Hand-crafted, italian-style gelato, coffee and desserts. Moon Gelato is an ice cream shop that makes high quality, Italian-style ice-cream. It is located at 87 Main Street Moira. It is open Thursday - Friday: 2-9:30 PM and Saturday - Sunday: 12-9 PM.
