Metal Fabrication Systems was established in April 2004, providing bespoke fabrications to Oil, Gas and Civil Industries producing heavy-light engineering fabrication and specialist fabrications in Carbon, Stainless and Exotic steels, designed to the requirements of our clients. Providing sufficient resources and equipment to ensure the company can work in accordance to Management System ISO 9001. We are now certified through TWI to BSEN 1090 EXC Class 3 and ISO 3834. We provide a fully professional service in fabrication and installation completed to agreed time scales, providing a high standard of workmanship and customer service achieving and maintaining a standard of excellence in the operation of business. Metal Fabrication Systems invest in the individuals we employ, utilising local expertise on long term contracts whilst providing all the necessary training needed with apprenticeships working with Derwentside College. Sustaining employment for existing and future staff, providing a good place to work and developing staff to ensure the company has necessary skills and knowledge to meet current and future challenges and to ensure a professional, effective and friendly service is given to our clients. At Metal Fabrication Systems all of our welders are coded. We hold a vast array of weld procedures including a number of exotic procedures. We are completely prepared to run new procedures in order to meet any customer requirements. Metal Fabrication Systems has a 770m2 Fabrication area, 60m2 Stainless Steel area, secure storage facility and ample office space for on-site engineers and a separate meeting room for clients. We have a lifting capacity of 40 Tonne.
