LITTLE ACORNS PLAYGROUP, DERRYNOOSE

Little Acorns Playgroup provides high-quality, accessible childcare, promoting early education. It offers a stimulating learning environment for children aged 3-4 years old, fostering independence and active learning. The playgroup is located within the grounds of Derrynoose Community Centre. It provides a safe, stimulating environment in which to learn, ensuring their individual needs are met and their well being is promoted. The playgroup provides a broad range of activities to develop childrens physical, social and intellectual abilities. The playgroup is operated by a voluntary Management Committee and Board of Directors. The playgroup encourages participation from potential future children’s families through the Management Committee. The aim of the playgroup is to provide a safe, caring learning environment which enables children to enjoy learning and to develop self confidence. All children are cared for with equal concern regardless of race, religion, culture or means.
