LANE END FARM TRUST

Lane End Farm Trust is a charity based on a working farm in the Derbyshire Peak District National Park. They provide an environment where disabled and disadvantaged young people, aged 8 to 25, from all walks of life can connect with nature and animals, and take part in activities. These activities include animal care, horticulture, and equine activities. The trust offers placements considering individual needs, learning, and behavioral needs. They offer mentoring programs to support the young people. They focus on providing a safe environment for young people with learning difficulties and behavioural problems and also welcomes volunteers. They are registered charity number 1119872.
