JESSICA FERN COUNSELLING PSYCHOTHERAPY LTD

I am an Integrative Counselling Psychotherapist working online via secure video call or telephone, primarily with modalities of; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centered Therapy & Attachment Theory. I work with adults (18+) experiencing Anxiety, Attachment Issues, Depression, Self-Harm, Stress, Burn Out, Grief, Bereavement, Trauma, Emotional Regulation, Self Identity, Self Esteem Issues, Anger, or adults wanting to discover more about themselves to develop a deeper understanding and level of self awareness. In providing you with a safe, comfortable and non-judgemental platform, I want to enable you to embrace life, and to cope well with what can be thrown your way. I have 4 years experience providing individuals with counselling psychotherapy. As well as 4 years working with homeless and vulnerable individuals on a 1:1 rapport building basis. I also work within an organisation providing online / telephone 1:1 mental health support over a 9 month period, for those whose mental health is impacting their ability to work.
