It promotes excellence among a worldwide community of over 17,000 and demonstrates the value and contribution of workplace and facilities management more widely. It empowers professionals to upskill and reach their potential for a rewarding, impactful career by advancing professional standards, offering guidance and training, developing new insights and sharing best practice. The IWFM was established in 2018, building on the heritage of 25 years of the British Institute of Facilities Management.
