INNER GURU CIC

Inner Guru is a Community Interest Company (CIC) created to support individuals and communities through accessible and meaningful initiatives. It is a community hub based in Liverpool that offers a range of activities, events, and workshops to help people heal, learn, and grow. Inner Guru aims to end the stigma of mental health by offering inclusive, non-judgemental wellness classes and support groups in a non-clinical setting. They provide a safe, welcoming space to manage the challenges caused by the cost of living crisis, offering wellness support, community connection, and mental health tools. The center offers a range of workshops and classes for all ages and abilities and is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of individuals and the wider community, focusing on inclusivity, compassion, and collaboration.
