HumanKind Psychotherapy offers face-to-face and online therapy for individuals and couples. They provide psychosexual and relationship therapy, analytic, integrative, and existential psychotherapy, EMDR, mindfulness, clinical supervision, and CPD training. The therapy is informed by psycho-analytic ideas and attachment theory, providing a person-centred and trauma-informed approach. HumanKind is based on the 4th Level (unit 413 & 411) of Peckham Levels Car park. They consist of a small team of experienced psychotherapists, psychologists, counsellors and psychotherapists in training using different evidence based approaches.
