With over 30 years’ experience working in the NHS in both clinical, managerial and executive roles in the field of mental health he has built up a wealth of experience in relation to counselling, mentoring and coaching. Services include: Developing bespoke training programmes for senior management teams, Delivering workshops and change programmes to support transformation projects, Building and developing teams across the mental health spectrum.
