HOPE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION

Hope Community Foundation is a passionate group of local people working to make a difference in Sheffield, aiming to create opportunity and lift people up, particularly among the most disadvantaged. Their activities include a nursery school, and they focus on older people, people with disabilities, young children, babies & infants, and children. They work in partnership with others to bring hope to communities, offering services such as a Community Grocery, Polka Dots, conferencing, a Nursery, a Foundation Café, and Jigsaw. The charity’s activities include the advancement of education for children and the relief of poverty and sickness.
