Homesbook Factoring was founded in September 2011. Initially, it operated as a free online platform. In October 2012, they began managing let properties, quickly becoming a leading local agent in the G66 area, managing approximately 200 let properties. This side of the business has since been sold to concentrate on Factoring. Homesbook became a registered Factor in August 2013 and started its first factoring project at Dalrymple Court in Kirkintilloch. They offer factoring services, including communal maintenance, electrical maintenance, lift maintenance, landscaping, play area maintenance, and insurances. Community is at their heart. They are an independent and local company that provides property factoring in Glasgow and Edinburgh, and also offers complementary property management services. They have offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh. Homesbook also invests in local communities through sponsorships and initiatives.
