Gaskets are manufactured from OHFC copper that meets the BS EN1652 Cu-OF standard, to suit all standard CF flanges. Offering plain, (hardness approx 85 Brinell) Annealed, (hardness approx 45 Brinell) and Silver (5-7 microns) or Gold plated variants, as well as non-standard special sizes to specific customer requirements. Operates a 100% inspection system where all gaskets are rigorously examined for stains and defects, and can offer full traceability and material certs if required. All gaskets are individually auto bagged and provided in protective packaging. Can provide a bespoke packaging service with customer specific part codes & logos if required.
