Services are offered in-person and virtually. She is a qualified psychotherapist since 2008 and holds a Master’s degree in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy (IAP). She is also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR). Helena is a member of the EMDR Association, UK and Ireland and has worked on the Manchester Attack Support Group Programme (MASG).
