HEART OF BIRMINGHAM VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LTD

Heart of Birmingham Vocational College (HBVC) is an independent specialist college for learners aged 16-25 with special educational needs and/or autism. HBVC offers learning experiences for young people with additional needs, developing key employability and supported living skills. They provide hands-on experiences in a secure, risk-enabling environment with a strong emphasis on empowering students to work towards their aspirations. HBVC provides programmes focused on preparing learners for work, paid and/or voluntary, and independent living skills. The college also has a sports programme based at Redditch Football Club. HBVC also works with learners who have behaviors of concern, mental health needs, communication difficulties, autism, emotional difficulties, moderate learning disabilities, severe learning disabilities, D/Deaf learners, learners with multi-sensory impairment, and learners who have specific learning difficulties.
