HEALTHCARE DISTRIBUTION ASSOCIATION UK

The Healthcare Distribution Association (HDA) represents businesses that supply medicines, medical devices, and healthcare services to the NHS, patients, pharmacies, hospitals, dispensing doctors, and the pharmaceutical industry. HDA members operate across the UK, responsible for distributing over 92% of NHS medicines. The HDA provides wholesaling services including working capital, stock management and IT systems to their supply chain partners. The HDA offers three levels of membership: Full Membership, Affiliate Membership, and Associate Membership. Full members are engaged in the wholesale distribution of a full range of pharmaceutical products. Affiliate members are businesses involved in the distribution of pharmaceutical products, who stock at least 4,000 different lines of medicines. Associate members are for any company or organization related to, or having an interest in, the pharmaceutical supply chain.
