HARMONY CARE HOMES (2003) LIMITED

Harmony Care was established in 2003 with one registered service and has grown organically since then. We provide tailor made support packages to adults with a primary diagnosis or Learning Disability, and a range of additional needs. We aim to provide opportunities for supported living for those who may be facing limited choices and need varying levels of support to maintain their home or tenancy. We also offer support to those who require community support in order, to access a choice of activities in the community and within our own adapted Community Hub. We provide robust person-centred services that enable individuals to safely remain in their local communities and experience a quality of life which includes the realisation of their aspirations.
