Hammersmith Medicines Research (HMR) is a Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) founded in 1993, specializing in early clinical trials (Phase 1 and early Phase 2) for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies worldwide. It is the biggest CRO of its kind in the UK and one of the biggest in Europe. HMR has completed over 900 trials and has a staff of 270, including a 24/7 resuscitation team, extensive purpose-built facilities, 145 beds, and on-site pharmacy, radiopharmacy, and laboratory.
