GROUNDWORK TRAINING LTD

GroundWork Training's purpose is to change lives through Strength, Fitness and Community, and empower people with knowledge, technique and movement. GroundWork Training was started in the Summer of 2018. GroundWork Training offers Group Training, Semi-Private Training and Personal Training. The aim is to provide every member, regardless of training background or ability, with the environment, knowledge, and tools to build strength, improve overall health, have autonomy over how their body performs, and confidence in their abilities in the gym and day to day lives. The gym has in-house recovery options, from physiotherapy to sports massage to dry needling. They provide a range of classes, coaching programmes and excellent coaches that are attentive and supportive in people’s journey in getting fitter and healthier.
